Doug Livingston, Digital Banking Officer, is a lifelong resident of the area who values initiative, continued education, personal growth, and helping others. He began his career in customer and financial service roles, where he developed an appreciation for working with people while gaining early experience in cash handling, operations, and leadership.
In 2019, Doug joined Welch State Bank as a Data Processor where he developed a strong foundation in Back-Office Operations and was named Online Banking Coordinator in 2022, then advancing to Digital Banking Supervisor in 2024. He enjoys learning how all the pieces of banking work together and takes pride in being someone both coworkers and customers can depend on.
Outside of work, he enjoys his time exploring nature and taking his dogs along for the trip! He believes that a fulfilling life comes from appreciating where you are while continuing to grow, maintaining strong relationships, and finding opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of those around you.
