Charles Stoner |
Charles Stoner is the Chairman of the Board and holds a degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and is a graduate of the Madison, Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Stoner has been in banking since 1959 and at the Welch State Bank since 1962.

Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO Arthur Cousatte is a graduate of NEO A&M College and attended Trust School in Dallas. Mr. Cousatte has been in banking since 1965. He spent four years at the Bank of Quapaw and Wyandotte State Bank, and twenty-nine years at Security Bank & Trust in Miami, Oklahoma. Arthur joined the bank in 1997.

| Ernest Callison is an Executive Vice President and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from Oklahoma State University and is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Callison joined the bank in 1972 and specializes in farm real estate, cattle, equipment, and Farm Service Agency guaranteed loans.

| James (Jay) Victor is a Senior Vice President. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater with a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture. Jay grew up on a family farm in Afton and specializes in loans involving cow-calf, stocker, dairy, poultry, and crop production. Jay began his career in finance in 1985 and has been with Welch State Bank since 1994.

He is a graduate of National Commercial Lending School & National Installment Lending School. Mr. Cook worked the past 17 1/2 years with Community Bank & Trust of Neosho, 1 yr 9 months with Centerre Bank of Neosho, and 4 years with Security Bank & Trust of Miami before joining the Welch State Bank in January 2004.

Vice President, Charisse Shaffer, began her banking career at Welch State Bank as a loan secretary from 1978 to 1986. Charisse relocated to Kansas in 1986 and worked in various sales, operational and management positions until 2002. She was rehired in 2002 as Welch State Bank's Compliance Officer and is now a loan officer.
